Chairman
Engr. Afolabi Oladele is an astute and disciplined entrepreneur that builds, nurtures and develop business relationship across international boundaries. He multidimensional, though Chemical Engineering biased (University of Ife, 1974) that saw him through the cadres of Petroleum Sector.
Presently he is a partner of African Capital Alliance (Capital Alliance Nigeria) and serves on the boards of many companies. He has over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. He retired as Group Executive Director, Refining & Petrochemicals from Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in June, 1999. Engr. Oladele is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. He is also a member of the Boston Based American Institute of Management
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Joel Ogundiji holds a B.Sc. (Ife, 1991) in Computer Engineering and a Master Degree in Business Administration (Ife, 1996) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He placed his hand extensively on Microsoft, Cisco and Fiberoptic Certifications which has earned him various professional qualifications.
He has worked in several places as an IT Engineer, Manager, Consultants and Trainers. He has been involved in several high profile data network installation and training projects in places across west African coast. His experience covers several networking platforms Novell Netware, Microsoft, Unix and LINUX/UNIX with good Wide Area Networking experience using CISCO Routers/Switches over Dial-up, Fibre, Spread Spectrum Radio and VSAT link.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Tolulope Onanaye is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as Associate Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He is a seasoned finance and Information Technology (IT) consultant with postgraduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and Computer Science (MSc) from University of Bath , England . He is also a certified SAP (financial and controlling) consultant and presently consults for African Development Bank in Tunis and Shell International Petroleum Limited, London in the areas of Finance, Treasury and electronic payment systems.
Mr. Onanaye have about twenty (20) years of professional experience in development and commercial banking, finance and IT consulting and auditing and Internal control. He trained with Deloitte & Touché and work largely within the Nigerian financial sector for about 10 years before travelling oversea for further training. He has international experience in IT project finance, strategic management and specific skill transfer training in a multidimensional work environment where process standardization, innovation and team work can help drive productivity and efficiency.
